उत्तराखंड में चारधाम यात्रा पर आने वाले श्रद्धालुओं की मौत मामले पर जहां विपक्ष राज्य सरकार को घेरने में जुटा है. वहीं, पीएमओ ने राज्य सरकार से इस मामले में जवाब तलब किया है. ऐसे में चारधाम यात्रा के दौरान स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं को लेकर स्वास्थ्य महानिदेशक ने यात्रा मार्ग से संबंधित जिलों के मुख्य चिकित्साधिकारियों के साथ स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं की समीक्षा की. इस दौरान स्वास्थ्य विभाग द्वारा चारधाम यात्रा को लेकर की गई तैयारियों की भी जानकारी दी गई.
स्वास्थ्य महानिदेशक डॉ. शैलजा भट्ट (Director General of Health Dr. Shailja Bhatt) ने मीडिया में बयान जारी करते हुए बताया कि चारधाम यात्रा के महत्वपूर्ण धाम केदारनाथ मार्ग में 08 स्थायी चिकित्सालय तथा 14 अस्थाई मेडिकल रीलीफ पोस्ट बनाये गये हैं. वहीं, गंगोत्री मार्ग में 10 स्थायी चिकित्सालय एवं 03 अस्थाई मेडिकल रीलीफ पोस्ट और बदरीनाथ मार्ग पर 19 स्थायी चिकित्सालय तथा 02 अस्थाई मेडिकल रीलीफ पोस्ट के अलावा यमुनोत्री मार्ग पर 11 स्थायी चिकित्सालय एवं 04 अस्थाई मेडिकल रीलीफ पोस्ट कार्य कर रहे हैं.
उन्होंने बताया कि यमुनोत्री मार्ग पर 08 फर्स्ट मेडिकल रिस्पोन्डर इकाईयां भी उपलब्ध हैं. यात्रियों को चिकित्सा सुविधा प्रदान करने के लिए 132 चिकित्सकों को विभिन्न अस्पतालों में तैनात किया गया है और सभी को चौबीस घंटे मुश्तैद रहने के निर्देश दिये गये हैं. वहीं, महानिदेशक ने बताया कि आकस्मिक उपचार एवं दुर्घटना/ट्रामा के दौरान रक्त की आवश्यकता को देखते हुए यात्रा मार्ग में 08 ब्लड बैंक तथा 04 ब्लड स्टोरेज यूनिट भी संचालित हो रही हैं. इस साथ ही यात्रियों को किसी भी प्रकार की स्वास्थ्य सूचना के लिए 104 हेल्पलाइन काम कर रही है जबकि, 108 आपातकालीन सेवा की 102 एंबुलेंस तथा एडवांस लाइफ सपोर्ट एंबुलेंस भी इस यात्रा के लिए प्रमुख एवं संवेदनशील स्थानों पर तैनात की गई हैं.
वहीं, चारधाम यात्रा के आरम्भिक दिनों में हुई 23 यात्रियों की आकस्मिक एवं दुर्भाग्यपूर्ण मृत्यु के कारणों के बारे में जानकारी देते हुए महानिदेशक ने कहा कि इनमें से कोई भी मृत्यु अस्पताल में नहीं हुई है और मृत्यु से पूर्व कोई भी हताहत यात्री चिकित्सालय पर उपचार हेतु नहीं लाया गया. सभी यात्रयों की मृत्यु के सम्भावित कारणों में आकस्मिक हृदयघात हाइपरटेंशन, पूर्व में कोविड तथा अन्य बीमारियों से ग्रसित होना पाया गया है. जिसके लिए महानिदेशक ने सभी मुख्य चिकित्साधिकारियों को इस बावत विस्तृत रिपोर्ट भेजने के निर्देश दिए. महानिदेशक ने यह भी बताया कि सचिव चिकित्सा राधिका झा द्वारा भी यात्रा के दौरान स्वास्थ्य व्यवस्थाओं की समीक्षा की गयी है. जिसमें एसडीआरएफ की टीम को मेडिकल टीम के साथ समन्वय करने के निर्देश दिये गये है. ताकि आपातकालीन परिस्थितियों में यात्रियों को त्वरित सहायता प्रदान की जा सके.
