देहरादून में आज कला प्रदर्शनी का आयोजन होगा. विश्व संग्रहालय दिवस की पूर्व संध्या पर हो रही कला प्रदर्शनी का उद्घाटन उत्तराखंड के संस्कृति मंत्री सतपाल महाराज करेंगे. कला प्रदर्शनी 18 मई को जनता के लिए खुली रहेगी.
देहरादून: संस्कृति विभाग उत्तराखंड और पुराना दरबार हाउस ट्रस्ट के संयुक्त तत्वाधान में विश्व संग्रहालय दिवस की पूर्व संध्या पर कला प्रदर्शनी का आयोजन होने जा रहा है. आज मंगलवार 17 तारीख को संस्कृति विभाग के प्रेक्षागृह में सांस्कृतिक धरोहर कला प्रदर्शनी का उद्घाटन संस्कृति मंत्री सतपाल महाराज करेंगे.
आयोजकों के मुताबिक 18 मई को यह प्रदर्शनी सभी लोगों के लिए खुली रहेगी. देहरादून में प्रदर्शनी की संयोजक डॉ अर्चना डिमरी ने बताया कि यह हमारी प्राचीन कास्ट प्रस्तर और धातु कला के समर्थन का एक प्रयास है. इसमें विभिन्न विद्यालयों और महाविद्यालयों के छात्र छात्राओं को विगत 12 मई से 18 मई के बीच में कार्यशाला के माध्यम से गढ़वाल की चित्रकला और विभिन्न हस्तशिल्प कला के माध्यम से प्रशिक्षण प्रदान किया गया है.
आयोजकों का कहना है कि उत्तराखंड की कला और संस्कृति के संवर्धन हेतु संस्था निरंतर कार्य कर रही है. लकड़ी के मुखौटों को बनाना, पौराणिक कला के रेखाचित्र बनाना, गढ़वाल और कुमाऊं क्षेत्र की पौराणिक कला को अलग-अलग जातियों का अपने अपने क्षेत्र में विशेष संरक्षण था जो कि विशेष झंडे के रूप में होता था. इसमें तलवार, नाग, शिवलिंग की आकृतियां बनाई जाती थी. आयोजकों का कहना है कि इसका उद्देश्य विलुप्त होती गढ़वाल की संस्कृति को आने वाली पीढ़ी तक पहुंचाना होगा.
