Agnipath : अग्निपथ योजना को लेकर तीनों सेनाओं की संयुक्त प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेंस हुई है. आज रक्षा मंत्री राजनाथ सिंह ने तीनों सेनाओं के प्रमुखों के साथ अग्निपथ योजना को लेकर चर्चा की थी. जिसके बाद अब योजना को लेकर सेना के अधिकारियों ने सवालों के जवाब दिए हैं.इस प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेंस में बताया गया कि हर साल करीब 17,600 कर्मी समय पूर्व सेवानिवृत्ति लेते हैं, ऐसा नहीं है कि अग्निपथ योजना के तहत ही लोग (सेना से) बाहर आएंगे. रक्षा मंत्रालय के अधिकारी ने अग्निपथ भर्ती योजना पर कहा कि हम सशस्त्र बलों के उम्र संबंधी प्रोफाइल को घटाने के लिए यह सुधार ला रहे हैं.

लेफ्टिनेंट जनरल अनिल पुरी ने इस सवाल का जवाब दिया कि 4 साल बाद अग्निवीरों का क्या होगा. इसके जवाब में उन्होंने कहा जो सेना से एक बार जुड़ जाता है वह हमेशा सैनिक कहलाता है. ऐसे में 25 प्रतिशत लोगों को हम आगे नौकरी देंगे. बाकी 75 प्रतिशत लोगों में से अधिकतर अपने प्रदेशों में वापस जाते हैं, उन्हें कई जगह नौकरियों के अवसर मिलते हैं. प्रोसेस को आगे बढ़ने दीजिए उनके बारे में भी कुछ उपाय निकलेगा.

रक्षा मंत्रालय के अधिकारी ने कहा कि अग्निवीरों की सेवा शर्तें नियमित सैनिकों के जैसी ही होंगी. दोनों की सेवा शर्तों में अब तक किसी तरह के अंतर की बात नहीं कही गई है.

कब से शुरू होंगीं भर्तियां

वायुसेना 24 जून को अग्निपथ योजना के तहत पंजीकरण प्रक्रिया शुरू करेगी, ऑनलाइन परीक्षा प्रक्रिया 24 जुलाई को प्रारंभ होगी. वायुसेना में अग्निवीरों का पहला बैच दिसंबर में शामिल किया जाएगा, 30 दिसंबर को प्रशिक्षण शुरू होगा.

योजना वापस नहीं होगी

विपक्ष द्वारा लगातार इस योजना को वापस लेने की मांग की जा रही है. लेकिन इस प्रेस कॉन्स में यह क्लियर कर दिया गया है कि यह योजना वापस नहीं ली जाएगी.

नौसेना में महिला पुरुष दोनों की भर्ती

नौसेना अधिकारी ने बताया कि हम अग्निपथ योजना के तहत पुरुषों एवं महिलाओं दोनों की भर्ती कर रहे हैं. भारतीय नौसेना जून तक अग्निपथ योजना के तहत भर्ती के ब्योरे के साथ आएगी. अग्निवीरों का पहला बैच 21 नवंबर को प्रशिक्षण संस्थानों में रिपोर्ट करने लगेगा.

20 जून को आएगा पहला नोटिफिकेशन

सेना के अधिकारी ने प्रेस कॉफ्रेंस में बताया कि सेना सोमवार यानी 20 जून को अग्निपथ योजना के तहत भर्ती के लिए पहला नोटिफिकेशन जारी करेगी. अग्निपथ योजना के तहत भर्ती रैलियां अगस्त, सितंबर और अक्टूबर में पूरे भारत में होंगी.

फरवरी 2023 तक 40 हजार भर्तियां

करीब 25,000 अग्निवीरों का पहला बैच दिसंबर में सेना में शामिल होगा. अग्निवीरों के दूसरे बैच को अगले साल फरवरी तक सेना में शामिल किया जाएगा. सेना अग्निपथ योजना के तहत करीब 40,000 अग्निवीरों की भर्ती करने के लिए 83 रैलियां आयोजित करेगी.
