टिहरी गढ़वाल:- राष्ट्रीय पंचायतीराज दिवस के उपलक्ष पर विशेष ग्राम सभा बैठक आयोजन हेतु ‘‘किसान भागीदारी प्राथमिकता हमारी‘‘ अभियान के अन्तर्गत जनपद में किसान क्रेडिट कार्ड तथा फसल बीमा पाठशाला संचालित की जानी है, जिसके अन्तर्गत पी०एम०किसान लाभार्थियों के के०सी०सी० संतृप्तिकरण तथा फसल बीमा पाठशाला संचालित की जानी है।
जिलाधिकारी टिहरी गढ़वाल इवा आशीष श्रीवास्तव ने सभी संबंधित अधिकारियों को निर्देशित किया कि राष्ट्रीय पंचायतीराज दिवस के उपलक्ष में एवं जल जीवन मिशन के अन्तर्गत विभिन्न विकासखण्डों में आयोजित विशेष ग्राम सभा बैठकों में क्षेत्रीय कार्मिकों केे माध्यम से निर्धारित कार्यक्रमानुसार प्रतिभाग करते हुए अधिक से अधिक कृषकों को योजना से लाभान्वित करना सुनिश्चित करें। साथ ही ग्राम पंचायतों में हर घर जल से सम्बन्धित प्रमाण पत्र तथा 08 बिन्दुओं का संकल्प पत्र सम्बन्धित प्रधान/ अध्यक्ष एवं सम्बन्धित ग्राम पंचायत विकास अधिकारी (संयुक्त हस्ताक्षर) से प्राप्त कर पोर्टल पर अपलोड करना सुनिश्चित करें। उन्होंने कहा कि विशेष ग्राम सभाओं में ‘‘किसान भागीदारी प्राथमिकता हमारी‘‘ अभियान के विषय में सम्पूर्ण जानकारी प्रदान करवायी जाय तथा किसान क्रेडिट कार्ड से वंचित लाभार्थियों की ग्राम पंचायतवार सूची तैयार कर इस अभियान के अन्तर्गत किसान क्रेडिट कार्ड से संतृप्त करने की कार्रवाई की जाय। उन्होंने 24 अप्रैल को विशेष ग्राम सभा की बैठक में यथासम्भव जिला स्तरीय एवं खण्ड स्तरीय अधिकारियों को नोडल अधिकारी के रूप में नामित कर बैठक में प्रतिभाग करने के निर्देश दिए।
जिला पंचायत राज अधिकारी वी.एस. सेमवाल ने बताया कि राष्ट्रीय पंचायतीराज दिवस के उपलक्ष में एवं जल जीवन मिशन के अन्तर्गत विकास खण्ड जाखणीधार में 24 अप्रैल से 16 मई, 2022 तक ग्राम पंचायतवार विशेष बैठक आयोजित की जायेंगी। इसी प्रकार विकास खण्ड देवप्रयाग एवं वि.ख. चम्बा के अन्तर्गत 24 अप्रैल से 13 मई, 2022 तक विकास खण्ड जौनपुर के अन्तर्गत 24 अप्रैल से 14 मई, 2022 तक, विकास खण्ड प्रतापनगर के अन्तर्गत 24 अप्रैल से 16 मई, 2022 तक, विकास खण्ड भिलंगना के अन्तर्गत 24 अप्रैल से 23 मई, 2022 तक, इसी प्रकार विकासखण्ड थौलधार के अन्तर्गत भी विशेष ग्राम सभा की बैठक आयोजित की जाएगी। विकास खण्ड नरेन्द्रनगर एवं टिहरी के अन्तर्गत 24 अप्रैल को विशेष ग्राम सभा का आयोजन किया जायेगा।
