घनसाली:- आज दिनांक 8 अप्रैल 2022 को युवा शक्ति सहयोग संगठन भिलंगना ने जनसेवा केंद्र घनसाली में आधार कार्ड बनवाने में एवं तत्पश्चात त्रुटि सुधार के नाम पर अवैध धन उगाही तथा भौगौलिक परिस्थितियों के आधार पर जनसेवा केंद्र खोलने के संबंध में भारतीय स्टेट बैंक की शाखा घनसाली में चल रहे आधार कार्ड केंद्र का घेराव किया। संगठन के पदाधिकारियों एवं सदस्यों ने बताया कि आधारकार्ड बनाने में निर्धारित शुल्क से कई ज्यादा शुल्क विगत कई समय से वसूला जा रहा है। आधारकार्ड बनवाने व सुधारीकरण के बाद आमजनमानस को फीस स्लिप उपलब्ध न करवाना ,आधारकार्ड बनवाने एवं सुधारीकरण हेतु 3-4 महीने बाद का समय दिया जा रहा है तथा नए आधार कार्ड बनाते समय संचालक द्वारा सोची समझी साजिश के तहत कंप्यूटर में जानकारी फीड करते समय कई त्रुटियां कर दी जाती है, जैसे महिला के स्थान पर पुरुष, पुरुष के जगह महिला, उम्र 17 के स्थान पर 71, पता में फेरबदल, फोटो में परिवर्तन इत्यादि। जिससे कि उन त्रुटियों में सुधार के लिए दूर-दराज से ग्राहक पुनः आता है, तो निर्धारित शुल्क की जगह 100 से 200 रुपए की धनराशि वसूल की जाती है,और एक दिन में लगभग 100,150,200 लोग एक दिन में रोजाना लाइन में लगे रहते हैं, जिसमें बहुत बार विरोध होता रहता है परंतु यही जवाब मिलता है की यही दर है एवं हम एक दिन में 30-40 आधारकार्ड ही बनाते हैं जबकि UIDAI एक ऑपरेटर या एक सिस्टम को 150 आधारकार्ड बनाने अथवा सुधारीकरण की अनुमति देता है।
संगठन के संस्थापक नित्यानन्द कोठियाल ने बताया कि दूर-दराज के ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों(गंगी- पिंसवाड जैसे सीमांत क्षेत्र) से लोगों को इसी एक काम के लिए कई बार घनसाली आना पड़ता है जिससे अनावश्यक समय व धन की बरबादी होती है। दूरस्थ क्षेत्रों से महिलाएं दिन भर अपने दुधमुंहे बच्चों के साथ कई-कई दिनों तक चक्कर काटती है। इनका एक काउंटर बैंक के अंदर और एक बैंक के बाहर ठीक सामने बना हुआ है जो अवेध धन वसूली करता है। इस सब खेल में कई अधिकारी और कर्मचारियों की भूमिका से भी इंकार नहीं किया जा सकता है। जो एक जांच का विषय है।
