चमोली:- जम्मू-कश्मीर के गांदरबल जिले में श्रीनगर-लेह हाईवे पर शनिवार को सेना का वाहन पलटने से एक सैनिक भारत माता का एक लाल शहीद ही गया और दो अन्य घायल हो गए। हादसे में 9 गढ़वाल राइफल्स के जवान बाघ सिंह का निधन हो गया है। बाघ सिंह चमोली जिले के रहने वाले थे। बताया जा रहा है कि बाघ सिंह की गाड़ी के नीचे दबने से मौत हुई है।
वहीं, घायलों को इलाज के लिए अस्पताल में भर्ती कराया गया है।
सूत्रों के हवाले से वाहन (जो सेना के काफिले का हिस्सा था) सुंबल बाला इलाके में मस्जिद मोड़ के पास पलट गया। सैनिक दुर्भाग्यपूर्ण वाहन के नीचे आ गया जिससे उनकी मौके पर ही मौत हो गई। इस दुर्घटना में दो अन्य सैनिक घायल हो गए। जिन्हें अस्पताल में भर्ती किया गया है।
मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने ट्वीट कर जवान को श्रद्धांजलि दी है। जवान की एक्सीडेंट में मौत की खबर मिलने से पिंडर घाटी में शोक की लहर है।
ग्राम प्रधान कांडे राजेंद्र सिंह ने बताया कि विकासखंड देवाल के अंतर्गत कांडे गांव निवासी जवान बाघ सिंह 9 गढ़वाल राइफल्स में तैनात था, जिसके शहीद होने की खबर आई है राजेंद्र सिंह ने बताया कि जवान का पार्थिव शरीर आज दिल्ली पहुंचेगा। जहां से पार्थिव शरीर को उनके पैतृक गांव लाया जाएगा।
जवान के निधन की खबर मिलते ही प्रदेश एवं क्षेत्र में शोक छा गया है।
जानकारी के मुताबिक बाघ सिंह परिवार में सबसे छोटा एवं परिजनों का सबसे प्रिय था। उनका बड़ा भाई दुबई में नौकरी करता है। जबकि दो बहनों का विवाह हो गया है। जवान के पिता भी 9 गढ़वाल राइफल्स से ही सेवानिवृत्त हुए हैं।
