नैनीताल:- जिलाधिकारी द्वारा जनपद के राष्ट्रीय खाद्य सुरक्षा योजना की परिधि से बाहर, अपात्र या अयोग्य हो गए राशन कार्ड धारकों से अपील गई थी कि वे अपना राष्ट्रीय खाद्य सुरक्षा योजना के अपात्रता राशन कार्ड को 10 दिन के भीतर समर्पित कर दे, किन्तु अधिकांश कार्डधारकों द्वारा प्रकरण की अनदेखी की गई है
इस आशय की जानकारी देते हुए जिलाधिकारी धीराज सिंह गर्ब्याल ने जनपद के समस्त अपात्र, अयोग्य राशन कार्ड धारकों को अंतिम चेतावनी देते हुये अपने कार्ड को 15 दिन के भीतर सम्बन्धित पूर्ति निरीक्षक, क्षेत्रीय खाद्य अधिकारी, जिला पूर्ति कार्यालय या खंड विकास अधिकारी के पास जमा कराने के निर्देश दिए है।
कोविड 19 की महामारी के दृष्टिगत राष्ट्रीय खाद्य सुरक्षा योजना के कार्डधारकों के लिए प्रधानमंत्री गरीब कल्याण योजना के अंतर्गत निःशुल्क राशन का वितरण किया जा रहा है। यह योजना वर्तमान मे भी लागू है किंतु कतिपय अपात्र,अयोग्य कार्डधारकों के कारण कतिपय गरीब लोगों को इस योजना का लाभ नहीं मिल पा रहा है।
जिलाधिकारी ने जिला पूर्ति अधिकारी को निर्देशित किया है कि राष्ट्रीय खाद्य सुरक्षा योजना के अंतर्गत राशन कार्ड धारकों के जांच, सत्यापन में निर्धारित तिथि के पश्चात भी कोई अपात्र कार्ड धारक पाया जाता है तो उसके विरुद्ध अब तक प्राप्त की गई राशन की वसूली करते हुए राष्ट्रीय खाद्य सुरक्षा अधिनियम 2013 एवम आवश्यक वस्तु अधिनियम 1995 के तहत वैधानिक कार्यवाही अमल में लायी जाय।
