उत्तराखंड शिक्षा विभाग ने शिक्षा का अधिकारी के मानकों की अनदेखी करने वाले प्राइवेट स्कूलों के खिलाफ अभियान शुरू कर दिया है। एडमिशन को लेकर मिल रही फर्जीवाड़े की सूचनाओं के बाद शिक्षा विभाग ने प्राइवेट स्कूलों को निर्देश दिए हैं कि RTE के तहत एडमिशन की जानकारी पोर्टल पर साझा करें।
देहरादूनः- उत्तराखंड शिक्षा विभाग शिक्षा का अधिकार अधिनियम (Right to Education Act) के तहत निजी स्कूलों की मनमानी पर शिकंजा कसने की तैयारी कर रहा है।
उत्तराखंड शिक्षा महानिदेशक की ओर से सभी निजी विद्यालयों को निर्देश दिए गए हैं, कि शिक्षा के अधिकार अधिनियम के तहत हो रहे 25% एडमिशन की जानकारी को सार्वजनिक कर अपने पोर्टल पर डालें और इसके साथ ही विभाग के पोर्टल पर भी इसका रजिस्ट्रेशन किया जाए। आरटीई में एडमिशन (RTE) को लेकर आ रही फर्जीवाड़े की खबरों के बाद शिक्षा विभाग ने सख्त निर्देश देते हुए कहा कि अगर मानकों के खिलाफ कार्य किया गया, तो स्कूलों की मान्यता भी समाप्त की जा सकती है।
उत्तराखंड शिक्षा महानिदेशक बंशीधर तिवारी ने बताया कि आरटीआई (RTE ) के तहत प्राइवेट स्कूलों में लगातार एडमिशन को लेकर फर्जीवाड़े की खबरें आ रही थी, जिसको लेकर समग्र शिक्षा अभियान के तहत जिला परियोजना अधिकारियों को सख्त निर्देश दिया गया है कि ऐसे विद्यालयों को चयनित किया जाए, जो कि आरटीई के तहत हो रहे एडमिशन की सूचना अपने पोर्टल पर सार्वजनिक नहीं कर रहे हैं। इन स्कूलों पर आरटीई के मानकों के तहत सख्त कार्रवाई की जाए। बंशीधर तिवारी ने बताया कि आरटीई के एडमिशन के अलावा भी अन्य नियमों और मानकों के सख्त पालन के निर्देश दिए गए हैं।
