मुख्यमंत्री श्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने शनिवार को बुग्गावाला, हरिद्वार में एम.बी. फूड्स द्वारा स्थापित फूड प्रोसेसिंग एवं पैकेजिंग प्लांट का शुभारम्भ किया। इस अवसर पर उन्होंने फल सब्जी मशरूम आदि के प्रोसेसिंग एवं पैकेजिंग प्लांट का भी निरीक्षण किया।
मुख्यमंत्री श्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने एम.बी. फूड्स द्वारा स्थापित प्रोसेसिंग एवं पैकेजिंग प्लांट के शुभारंभ पर शुभकामनाएं देते हुए कहा कि मनुष्य को अपने जीवन में विकल्प रहित संकल्प के मंत्र लेते हुए अपने मंजिल की ओर बढ़ना चाहिए ताकि हम अपने सपनों को पूरा कर सकें।
मुख्यमंत्री श्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने कहा की बुग्गावाला क्षेत्र में 14 एकड़ पॉली हाउस के निर्माण से रोजगार जनित उद्योग लगाने से विकास की सामूहिक यात्रा तय होगी। इस प्लांट से आसपास के लोगों को रोजगार मिलेगा एवं प्लांट के माध्यम से क्षेत्र को नई पहचान मिलेगी। नेचर बेस्टो एवं एम बी फूड्स 150 से 200 परिवारों को रोजगार देकर भरण-पोषण में सहायता कर रहा है। उन्होंने बताया सरकार द्वारा One District One Product (ODOP) के तहत जिस प्रकार से हरिद्वार के लिए मशरूम का चयन किया गया है, उसी प्रकार से प्रदेश में अल्मोड़ा में खुबानी, बागेश्वर में कीवी, चम्पावत में तेजपत्ता एवं मसाले, चमोली में मछली, देहरादून में बेकरी, नैनीताल में आडू, पौड़ी में माल्टा, रूद्रप्रयाग में चौलाई, टिहरी में अदरक, उत्तराकाशी में सेब, ऊधम सिंह नगर में आम एवं पिथौरागढ़ में हल्दी के उत्पादन हेतु चयनित किया गया है, इस योजना के तहत प्रदेश में खाद्य प्रसंस्करण ईकाईयों हेतु 49 लाभार्थियों को ऋण स्वीकृत कर दिये गये है। जिसके सापेक्ष 28 इकाईयां प्रदेश के अलग-अलग जनपदों में स्थापित हो गयी हैं। इनसे दूर दराज गांव में रोजगार के अवसर पैदा हो रहे हैं।
मुख्यमंत्री श्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने कहा की प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेंद्र मोदी जी के नेतृत्व में किसानों की आय दुगनी करने का लक्ष्य लेकर किए गए प्रयासों एवं प्रदेश के विकास के लिए बढ़ते हुए कदमों में एक और कदम, एमबी फूड्स ने स्थापित किया है। उन्होंने कहा प्रधानमंत्री सूक्ष्म खाद्य प्रसंस्करण उद्यम उन्नयन योजना (PMEME) के तहत कई उद्यमों को खोला गया है जो कि सही मायने में नया भारत, समृद्ध, शक्तिशाली, आत्मनिर्भर, विकसित भारत की राह दिखा रहा है। उन्होंने कहा उत्तराखंड प्रदेश में कृषि उत्पादों के बेहतर प्रसंस्करण की अपार संभावनाएं हैं। प्रदेश के उद्यान विभाग द्वारा एमबी फूड्स को मशरुम इकाई स्थापना हेतु हार्टिकल्चर मिशन ऑफ नार्थ-ईष्ट हिमालियाज (HMNEH) योजना अंतर्गत 40% अनुदान उपलब्ध करवाया गया तथा, सरकार द्वारा राज्य सेक्टर योजना अंतर्गत पुराने पॉली हाउस की पॉलिथीन बदलाव योजना में भी 50% अनुदान दिया गया एवं पूर्व में हार्टिकल्चर मिशन ऑफ नार्थ-ईष्ट हिमालियाज (HMNEH) योजना अंतर्गत 50% अनुदान पर पॉली हाउस निर्माण एवं जरबेरा पुष्प उत्पादन हेतु भी अनुदान दिया गया है।
मुख्यमंत्री श्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने कहा कि कोरोना काल में कोई परिवार भूखा न सोए इसके लिए प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेंद्र मोदी के नेतृत्व में 80 करोड लोगों को मुफ्त में राशन देने का कार्य किया गया। उन्होंने कहा कोरोना काल जैसे संकट में भी देश का विकास नहीं रुका एवं विकास की योजनाएं निरंतर चलती रही। कोरोना काल के बाद मेगा वैक्सीनेशन का कार्य भारत वर्ष में चलाया गया, साथ ही मानवता का परिचय देते हुए दुनिया भर में भारत द्वारा वैक्सीन बांटने का कार्य किया गया। भारत ने हमेशा से सभी के सुख और कल्याण की कामना करते हुए सर्वे भवंतु सुखिन, सर्वे संतु निरामया की भावना का संदेश दिया। उत्तराखंड राज्य के 25 वर्ष पूर्ण होने के अवसर पर उत्तराखंड को प्रत्येक क्षेत्र में सर्वश्रेष्ठ राज्य बनाए जाने, एवं आत्मनिर्भर उत्तराखंड बनाए जाने की बात कही। उन्होंने कहा आने वाले समय में हम मुख्यमंत्री मशरूम विकास योजना को भी लागू करेंगे। जिससे 25 हज़ार लोग लाभान्वित होंगे।
