इन दिनों उत्तराखंड में ट्रैफिक व्यवस्था के हाल बेहाल है। बद्रीनाथ केदारनाथ गंगोत्री यमुनोत्री हेमकुंड साहिब में जहां श्रद्धालुओं ने रिकॉर्ड तोड़ दिया है,वही हिल स्टेशनों में भी पर्यटकों का सैलाब उमड़ पड़ा है जिसके कारण हिल स्टेशनों में ट्रैफिक व्यवस्था चरमरा गई है।
वही पहाड़ों की रानी मसूरी में ट्रैफिक जाम में एक एंबुलेंस के फंसने से चार साल की बीमार बच्ची की जान पर बन आई। आखिर में पौन घंटे बाद जाम से निकालकर एंबुलेंस को हायर सेंटर भेजा गया, जहां बच्ची का उपचार किया गया। घटना शुक्रवार की है पंजाब से मसूरी घूमने आए पर्यटक की चार साल की बच्ची को अचानक मिर्गी के दौरा पड़ गया।
बच्ची को लंढौर के प्राइवेट अस्पताल में भर्ती कराया, पर तबीयत ज्यादा बिगड़ने पर 108 एंबुलेंस से हायर सेंटर रेफर कर दिया गया। एंबुलेंस अस्पताल के लिए रवाना हुई, लेकिन मसूरी के भगत सिंह चौक पर ट्रैफिक जाम में एंबुलेंस फंस गई एंबुलेंस को फंसा देख स्थानीय लोगों ने जैसे तैसे पीआरडी जवानों की मदद से कड़ी मशक्कत के बाद जाम से एंबुलेंस को निकाला। मसूरी में जगह जगह खासकर मालरोड में वाहनों के खडे़ होने से जाम की स्थिति बन रही है। पिक्चर पैलेस चौक पर बार-बार लगे ट्रैफिक जाम से पर्यटक और स्थानीय लोग इन दिनों जूझ रहे हैं पर्यटकों की भीड़ के आगे पुलिस-प्रशासन की व्यवस्था कम पड़ती दिखाई दे रही है।
