टिहरी गढ़वाल:- जिलाधिकारी टिहरी गढ़वाल इवा आशीष श्रीवास्तव ने आज टिपरी मदननेगी रज्जु मार्ग से मदननेगी पहुंचकर सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र मदननेगी ब्लॉक जाखणीधार, गवर्मेंट मॉडल प्राइमरी स्कूल, उप तहसील मदननेगी तथा केंद्रीय विद्यालय संचालन की वैकल्पिक व्यवस्थाओं को लेकर डायट का स्थलीय निरीक्षण कर व्यवस्थाओं का जायजा लिया तथा संबंधितों को आवश्यक दिशा निर्देश दिए।
निरीक्षण के दौरान जिलाधिकारी ने सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र मदननेगी में डॉक्टर/स्टाफ उपस्थिति पंजिका, ओपीडी कक्ष, दंत शल्य कक्ष, प्रसव कक्ष का निरीक्षण करते हुए अस्पताल में आने वाले गर्भवती महिलाओं के संबंध में जानकारी हांसिल की। साथ ही अस्पताल में एम्बुलेंस सहित अन्य स्वास्थ्य सुविधाओं एवं स्वास्थ्य संबंधी उपकरणों की जानकारी ली। इस दौरान उन्होंने अस्पताल में मरीजों का हाल-चाल भी जाना। डॉ. ख्याति ने बताया कि हॉस्पिटल में एम्बुलेंस खराब है, अल्ट्रासाउण्ड मशीन नहीं है तथा लैब टैक्निीशियन भी नहीं है। बताया कि 108 एम्बुलेंस सेवा नंदगांव से संचालित होती है। बताया कि कोविड के दौरान प्रतिदिन 150 स्वास्थ्य किट स्कूलों एवं गांवों में बच्चों को वितरित की गई। बताया कि गर्भवती महिलाओं को कैलशियम, आयरन की दवाईयां नियमित दी जा रही है, बच्चों को जिंक, फोलिक एसिड, विटामिन डी आदि दवाईयां दी जाती हैं।
जिलाधिकारी ने गवर्मेंट मॉडल प्राइमरी स्कूल मदननेगी के निरीक्षण के दौरान कक्षाओं में बच्चों से उनके शिक्षा से संबंधित सवाल पूछे तथा भविष्य में उनके सपनों को लेकर जानकारी ली। इस दौरान उन्होंने कक्षा 02 से लेकर 05 तक के कक्षों, कम्प्यूटर कक्ष, सीआरसी कक्ष, मिड डे मील कक्ष का निरीक्षण कर बच्चों को दिये जाने वाले राशन की जानकारी ली। प्रधानाचार्य पार्वती पंवार ने बताया कि स्कूल की कक्षाओं के आगे का फर्श के लिए 02 लाख पीएम फण्ड में स्वीकृत हुआ, किन्तु अभी तक आंवटित नहीं हुआ है। बताया कि स्कूल में कोविड के कारण वर्तमान में मिड डे मील नहीं बनता है, बच्चों का राशन डीबीटी के माध्यम से उनकों उपलब्ध कराया जाता है। स्कूल में अध्यापक पर्याप्त हैं।
जिलाधिकारी द्वारा उप तहसील मदननेगी का स्थलीय निरीक्षण के दौरान सन्दर्भ पंजिका, वसूली पंजिका, बैंक को लौटाये गये वसूली रजिस्टर, दैवीय आपदा आदि पंजिकाओं का निरीक्षण कर अन्य जानकारियां प्राप्त की। उन्होंने दैवीय आपदा के तहत दर्ज दो केसों का पुनः जांच करने तथा एक सप्ताह के अन्दर इसको निपटाने के निर्देश दिये। वहीं कंगसाली में पेड़ से होने वाली क्षति तथा उसको काटने के लिए उपजिलाधिकारी को जांच कर कटवाने को कहा। कहा कि यदि नहीं काटा जाता है, तो नोटिस जारी करें। इस दौरान उन्हांेने औद्योनिक फसल क्षति, ओलावृष्टि एवं अतिवृष्टि से हुई क्षति की जानकारी भी ली। रजि.कानूनगो यशपाल नेगी ने बताया कि तहसील में कनेक्टीविटी नहीं है, जिसके कारण खाता खतौनी नहीं निकाली जाती है। उप तहसील भवन किराये पर संचालित हो रहा है, यहां पर कोर्ट भी नहीं लगती है। बताया कि इस अभी तक वसूली 88 प्रतिशत हुई है। कोविड से मृत्यु होने पर दो केस में एक लाख बांटा है। बताया कि इस साल दैवीय आपदा में दो केस ही हैं।
तत्पश्चात् जिलाधिकारी ने केंद्रीय विद्यालय संचालन की वैकल्पिक व्यवस्थाओं को लेकर डायट का स्थलीय निरीक्षण कर व्यवस्थाओं का जायजा लिया तथा विद्यालय हेतु जलवाल मल्ला गांव में चिन्ह्ति भूमि का भी निरीक्षण किया।
निरीक्षण के दौरान उपजिलाधिकारी प्रतापनगर प्रेमलाल, तहसीलदार प्रतापनगर शम्भू प्रसाद ममगांई, रजि.कानूनगो अरविन्द कुमार बिज्लवाण, नाजिर अजय पाल सिंह नेगी, वरि. सहा. भानू प्रताप सिंह पुण्डीर, डॉ. इमरान, डॉ. प्रेक्षा, डॉ. गीतांजलि सहित संबंधित अधिकारी/कर्मचारी मौजूद रहे।
