देहरादून:- उत्तराखंड में चारधाम यात्रा शुरू होने में महज कम दिन रह गए हैं। इस बार दूसरे राज्यों के ट्रैवल एजेंसी संचालक सिर्फ नई पॉलिसी के अंतर्गत ऑल इंडिया परमिट (AIP) वाली गाड़ियों से ही यात्रियों को चारधाम यात्रा में ले जा सकेंगे। पुराने परमिट या फिर ऑल इंडिया टूरिस्ट परमिट ऑथराइजेशन सर्टिफिकेट के आधार पर दूसरे राज्यों के ट्रैवल एजेंसी संचालक यात्रियों को लेकर चारधाम यात्रा पर नहीं जा पाएंगे।
आपको बता दें कि नई दिल्ली, हरियाणा, पंजाब, उत्तर प्रदेश, महाराष्ट्र और गुजरात समेत दूसरे राज्यों के ट्रेवल एजेंसी संचालक यात्रियों को लेकर चारधाम यात्रा पर आते है। ऐसे में इस बार ट्रैवल एजेंसियों को नई पॉलिसी के अनुसार ऑल इंडिया परमिट (All India Permit) लेना पड़ेगा। साथ ही पिछले दिनों अधिकारियों के साथ हुई बैठक में स्थानीय ट्रैवल एजेंसी संचालकों ने भी इस मुद्दे को उठाया था। स्थानीय ट्रैवल एजेंसी संचालकों के हितों को देखते हुए यह निर्णय लिया गया है।
आरटीओ प्रवर्तन सुनील शर्मा का कहना है कि जिन वाहन संचालकों के पास ऑल इंडिया परमिट (All India Tourist Permit vehicles) है, अगर ऑल इंडिया नई पॉलिसी के अंतर्गत परमिट लिया हुआ है तो वो गाड़ियां परमिट की शर्तों के अनुसार चारधाम यात्रा में आ सकती हैं। चारधाम यात्रा में जाने के लिए गाड़ियों की फिटनेस जांच की जाएगी।
उन्होंने कहा कि अगर वाहन का फिटनेस सही है तो उनका ग्रीन कार्ड (Vehicle Green Card) बनाया जाएगा। उसके बाद ही वाहन यात्रियों को लेकर चारधाम जा सकते हैं, लेकिन ऐसे वाहन जिन्होंने पुरानी पॉलिसी के तहत ऑल इंडिया टूरिस्ट परमिट मिला हुआ है। वो सिर्फ बॉर्डर के बाहर से ही बुकिंग ले सकते हैं और लोकल सवारी नहीं ले सकते हैं।
