जनता दर्शन कार्यक्रम में कुल 08 शिकायतें दर्ज हुई । जिनमें प्रतापनगर के ग्राम कोटगा निवासी अजयपाल सिंह ने कहा कि वर्ष 2016 में उनके मकान के नीचे स्वास्थ्य विभाग द्वारा बनाये गए एएनएम सेंटर के कारण उनके मकान की सुरक्षा दीवार ढह गई थी लेकिन अभी तक इस सुरक्षा दीवार का निर्माण नहीं कराया गया है। जिस पर जिलाधिकारी ने बीडीओ प्रतापनगर को संबंधित दीवार के निर्माण को लेकर प्रस्ताव उपलब्ध कराने के निर्देश दिए हैं। नई टिहरी निवासी अंकित रावत ने अपनी फरियाद में कहा कि ओपन शॉपिंग काम्प्लेक्स बौराड़ी में पुनर्वास विभाग के स्वामित्व वाली दुकान संख्या ई-8 के पास आम रास्ते पर केशर सिंह कठैत द्वारा अवैध कब्जा किया गया है जिसे हटाया जाना आवश्यक है। जिस पर जिलाधिकारी ने अधिशासी अधिकारी नगर पालिका व अधिशासी अभियंता अवस्थापना पुनर्वास को मामले का संज्ञान लेकर आवश्यक कार्यवाही करने के निर्देश दिए है। ग्राम प्रधान पिलखी बबिता ने अपनी शिकायत में कहा कि आपदा से क्षतिग्रस्त पिलखी नहर के प्राकलन के उपरांत नहर निर्माण हेतु धन आवंटन नहीं होने से नहर का निर्माण नही हो पा रहा है जिस कारण फसली नुकसान हो रहा है। जिस पर जिलाधिकारी ने अधिशासी अभियंता राजकीय सिंचाई को प्राथमिकता के आधार पर आवश्यक कार्यवही के निर्देश दिए है। चम्बा गुनोगी निवासी अनिता देवी की प्रधानमंत्री आवास के तहत मकान बनाये जाने की फरियाद पर परियोजना निदेशक डीआरडीए को आवश्यक कार्यवाही के निर्देश दिए है।
इस दौरान पीड़ी डीआरडीए प्रकाश रावत, डीडीओ सुनील कुमार, ईई ग्रानिवि युवराज सिंह, ईई जल संस्थान सतीश नौटियाल, मुख्य कृषि अधिकारी अभिलाषा भट्ट, सहायक संभागीय परिवहन अधिकारी चक्रपाणि मिश्रा, एमए जिला पंचायत संजय खंडूड़ी, जिला युवा कल्याण अधिकारी पंकज तिवारी, डीपीआरओ बबीता शाह, समाज कल्याण अधिकारी किशन सिंह चौहान के अलावा अन्य अधिकारी भी उपस्थित थे।
