टिहरी गढ़वाल:- उत्तराखंड में मौसम विभाग का पूर्वानुमान सही साबित हुआ है। मंगलवार शाम प्रदेश के अधिकांश हिस्सों में तेज हवा और आंधी के साथ बारिश हुई। जिससे कई इलाकों में जनजीवन अस्त व्यस्त हो गया।
वहीं, जनपद टिहरी में आंधी तूफान के कारण बांध की झील में खड़ी कई नावें आपस में टकराने लगीं। जिसके चलते कई नावों के इंजन टिहरी झील में डूब गए। टिहरी झील में तूफान से 40 से अधिक नावों को नुकसान पहुंचा है।


झील में आया तूफान इतना तेज था कि बोट में बैठे यात्रियों को नाव चालकों ने कड़ी मशक्कत के बाद सकुशल बचाया। जब झील में तूफान आया तो वहां अफरा-तफरी मच गई। 6 साल बाद टिहरी झील में इतना भयानक तूफान आया था।
वहीं बोट संचालकों का कहना है कि 2016 के बाद दूसरी बार ऐसा तूफान टिहरी झील में आया है कि जिससे नावों को इतना नुकसान पहुंचा है।
नाव चालकों ने कहा कि हमारी जिला प्रशासन से मांग है कि वह हमारी मदद करे। क्योंकि इस तूफान के कारण नावों को जो क्षति पहुंची है, उससे नाव मालिकों के सामने समस्या खड़ी हो गई है। नाव चालकों ने टिहरी झील विकास प्राधिकरण पर आरोप लगाया कि यहां पर 104 बोट लगी हुई हैं। इनको बांधने के लिए जेटी नहीं लाई गई। मात्र 40 नावों को जेटी से बांधा जाता है।
