प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी के उत्तराखंड दौरे और त्योहारों को देखते हुए पुलिस विभाग में सभी अधिकारियों और कर्मचारियों की छुट्टी पर रोक लगा दी है।

जो कर्मी छुट्टी पर गए हैं उन्हें भी तत्काल प्रभाव से ड्यूटी ज्वाइन करने को कहा गया है।

पुलिस मुख्यालय के आदेश के बाद जिला प्रभारी की ओर से समय पर ड्यूटी ज्वाइन ना करने वाले पुलिस अधिकारियों और कर्मचारियों की पोस्टिंग नए तरीके से करने के निर्देश जारी किए गए हैं।

अचानक आए इस आदेश से पुलिस जवानों में हड़कंप की स्थिति बनी हुई है।

प्रदेश में 25000 पुलिस अधिकारी और कर्मचारी हैं इनमें से दो से ढाई हजार जवान हर समय छुट्टी पर रहते हैं।
