14 जुलाई से शुरू होने वाले कांवड़ मेले की तैयारियों को लेकर जिलाधिकारी विनय शंकर पांडेय और डीआईजी डॉ. योगेंद्र सिंह रावत ने शनिवार को रोशनाबाद में समीक्षा बैठक की। जिलाधिकारी ने विभागीय अधिकारियों को कांवड़ यात्रा में किसी भी प्रकार की लापरवाही न बरतने के निर्देश दिए। बैठक में जिलाधिकारी ने स्वास्थ्य विभाग के अधिकारियों से जानकारी ली तो सीएमओ ने डा. कुमार खगेन्द्र ने बताया कि कांवड़ रूट पर हरकीपैड़ी, चंडीघाट, शंकराचार्य चौक, आसफनगर समेत 16 स्थानों पर मेडिकल पोस्ट बनाई जाएगी।

नजीबाबाद रूट पर भी एक मेडिकल पोस्ट बनाए जाने की बात कही। जिलाधिकारी ने कहा कि 24 घंटे मोटर साइकिल एम्बुलेंस की व्यवस्था की जाए, ताकि कांवड़ के समय भीड़भाड़ वाले क्षेत्रों में आसानी से प्रवेश किया जा सके। निजी अस्पतालों से भी निरन्तर संवाद बनाये रखने के दिशा निर्देश दिए।

150 फ्लड लाइटें लगाई जाएंगी: ऊर्जा निगम के अधिकारियों ने बताया कि कांवड़ रूट पर प्रमुख स्थानों और चौराहों पर 150 फ्लड लाइट लगाई जा रही है। जिलाधिकारी के पावर बैकअप के सम्बन्ध में पूछे जाने पर अधिकारियों ने बताया कि जनरेटर की व्यवस्था की जा रही है। सिंचाई विभाग के अधिकारियों ने बताया कि घाटों की सफाई, कांवड़ पटरी की मरम्मत आदि के लिये टेंडर हो चुका है। जिलाधिकारी ने सिंचाई विभाग के अधिकारियों को जल्द कार्य शुरू करने के आदेश दिए।

सफाई व्यवस्था चाक चौबंद रखें: बैठक में मौजूद नगर निगम के अधिकारियों ने जिलाधिकारी को बताया कि 150 अस्थाई शौचालयों तथा जगह-जगह यूरिनल की व्यवस्था की जा रही है। साथ ही 1500 के करीब अतिरक्ति मानव संसाधनों का इस्तेमाल इसमें किया जाएगा, जिनका टेंडर किया जा चुका है।
