पौड़ी गढ़वाल:- विकास खंड यमकेश्वर के गांव फलदाकोट में मनरेगा के तहत कार्यों के नाम पर हुए कथित घोटाले की जांच के लिए लोकपाल टीम निरीक्षण करने पहुंची। टीम ने मनरेगा के जॉब कार्ड धारकों से पूछताछ करते हुए कार्यों का भौतिक सत्यापन किया गया। इस दौरान कार्यों में बिना मजूदरी करने वाले मजदूरों को भी पैसे मिलने का मामला सामने आया।
उधर टीम ने गांव में मनरेगा के तहत कार्यों की मौके पर जांच पड़ताल करते हुए रिपोर्ट शासन को भेजने की बात कही।आपको बता दें गांव फलदाकोट में मनरेगा के तहत कराए गए कार्यों में घोटाले की शिकायत अनीश कंडवाल ने केंद्रीय सतर्कता आयोग से की थी। जिसके बाद जांच के लिए मनरेगा लोकपाल की टीम शनिवार को फलदाकोट गांव में पहुंची और कार्यों का भौतिक सत्यापान किया गया। ग्रामीणों ने जांच टीम को बताया कि गांव में मनरेगा के नाम पर लाखों रुपयों की बंदरबाट की गई है। इसके तहत ऐसे लोगों से मजदूरी करना दर्शाया गया, जो पिछले कई वर्षों से बीमारी के चलते चारपाई पर हैं। 2013 से यह मामले सामने आए हैं। वहीं रविन्द्र कुमार एवं दर्शलनाल के फर्जी हस्ताक्षर पाए गए।
बताया जा रहा है जांच टीम को मनरेगा मस्टरोल के आधार पर अधिकांश मामलों में अनियमितता पाई गई। ग्रामीण जांच टीम को भेलड़ूंगा में खड़ंजा मार्ग एवं कंडवाल गाँव खेल मैदान पर ले गए।
जांच के दौरान ग्राम प्रधानों द्वारा मनरेगा में चहेतों को नियम विरूद्घ मजदूरी का भुगतान किया गया। वहीं जांच टीम ने भी मौके पर पूर्व ग्राम प्रधान के ना पहुंचने और सहयोग नहीं देने पर असंतोष व्यक्त किया।
मनरेगा जांच टीम की लोकपाल अरुण कुकशाल ने बताया कि मनरेगा के तहत ग्राम पंचायत में हुए कार्यों का भौतिक सत्यापन किया गया। इसके बाद बयान लेकर जांच रिपोर्ट जिलाधिकारी व शासन को भेजी जाएगी। यदि मामले में अनियमितता पाई जाती है तो एफआईआर और रिकवरी की कार्रवाई की जाएगी। शिकायत कर्ता अनीश कंडवाल ने बताया कि वह PIL कोर्ट में दाखिल करने जा रहे हैं। उक्त मामले में खंड विकास अधिकारी यमकेश्वर दृष्टि आनंद को फोन से सम्पर्क किया गया लेकिन उनका फोन रिसीव नही हुआ।
