हरिद्वार, संजय चौहान (पंजाब केसरी): मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने शुक्रवार को रानीपोखरी, देहरादून में अयोजित कार्यक्रम में प्रतिभाग करते हुए विकासखण्ड डोईवाला के अन्तर्गत भानियावाला ऋषिकेश मोटर मार्ग के कि०मी०15 में 280 मीटर लंबे रानीपोखरी सेतु एवं विधानसभा विकासनगर के अन्तर्गत लम्बरपुर लांघा मोटर मार्ग के कि0मी0 2 में शीतला नदी के उपर 180 मीटर लंबे सेतु के निर्माण कार्य का लोकार्पण किया।

इस दौरान उन्होंने पुल का निरीक्षण भी किया।

मुख्यमंत्री श्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी द्वारा केन्द्रीय सड़क अवसंरचना निधि ( ₹ 1618.55 लाख ) के अन्तर्गत जनपद देहरादून के विकासखण्ड डोईवाला के अन्तर्गत भानियावाला ऋषिकेश मोटर मार्ग के कि०मी०15 में 280 मीटर स्पान के पी०एस०सी० गर्डर रानीपोखरी सेतु का निर्माण कार्य व राज्य योजना ( ₹342.56 लाख ) के अंतर्गत उक्त सेतु हेतु पहुंच मार्ग के निर्माण कार्य का लोकार्पण किया। मुख्यमंत्री ने केंद्रीय सड़क निधि के अंतर्गत ₹1318.63 लाख की लागत से विधानसभा विकासनगर के में लम्बरपुर लांघा मोटर मार्ग के कि0मी0 2 में शीतला नदी के उपर 180 मीटर स्पान के आर.सी.सी बॉक्स, कलवर्ट के निर्माण कार्य का भी लोकार्पण किया।इस अवसर मुख्यमंत्री श्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने डोईवाला विधानसभा के अंतर्गत सनगांव पुल से कंडोली खर्क मोटर मार्ग के निर्माण कार्य, लच्छीवाला रेंज कार्यालय से दुधली ( वन विभाग मार्ग ) की मरम्मत के कार्य किए जाने, श्री कालू सिद्ध मंदिर से धन्याड़ी तक वन विभाग मोटर मार्ग का निर्मााण कार्य, हर्रावाला में राजकीय कन्या हाईस्कूल के लिये तीन कक्ष व शौचालय निर्माण कार्य किए जाने की घोषणा की।

मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने पुल के उद्घाटन पर क्षेत्र वासियों को बधाई दी उन्होंने कहा राजधानी एवं ऋषिकेश के साथ ही गढ़वाल को जोड़ने वाला यह पुल अत्यधिक महत्वपूर्ण है, इसके पुनर्निर्माण से क्षेत्रीय जनता के साथ ही उत्तराखंड आने वाले सैलानियों को भी सुगमता होगी। उन्होंने लम्बरपुर लांघा मोटर मार्ग एवं रानीपोखिर में बने दोनों पुलों के निर्माण में शामिल रहे लोक निर्माण के सभी अधिकारियों, केंद्रीय एजेंसियों और हमारे मेहनतकश कामगारों का आभार व्यक्त किया, उन्होंने कहा उत्तराखंड में कनेक्टिविटी को सुदृढ़ करना हमारी प्राथमिकता है और हम निरंतर इस दिशा में आगे बढ़ रहे है, हमारी सरकार सड़कें के विकास हेतु प्रतिबद्ध है, आज प्रदेश में जिस स्तर पर सड़को का निर्माण कार्य किया जा रहा है वह अभूतपूर्व है। हमने चार धाम सड़क परियोजना की ही तरह मानसखंड कॉरिडोर को भी राज्य का फ्लैगशिप प्रोजेक्ट तय कर इस पर कार्य करना शुरू कर दिया है, हम प्रदेश में केवल नए मार्गों का निर्माण ही नहीं कर रहे बल्कि इन पर आवाजाही को सुरक्षित करने का भी कार्य कर रहे हैं। उन्होंने कहा हमारी सरकार जिस भी कार्य का शिलान्यास करती है उसका लोकार्पण भी करेगी।

मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने कहा की आज आदरणीय प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेंद्र मोदी जी के नेतृत्व और केंद्रीय सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्री माननीय नितिन गडकरी जी के मार्गदर्शन में हमारे सीमांत इलाकों तक सड़कों का नेटवर्क बन रहा है, चार धाम हेतु बनी ऑल वेदर रोड से अब यात्रा सुगम सुरक्षित हो गई है, वही पहाड़ों में रेल पहुंचाने का सपना भी अब पूरा होता दिखाई दे रहा है, उन्होंने कहा ऋषिकेश कर्णप्रयाग रेल लाइन का कार्य तेज गति के साथ आगे बढ़ रहा है, दिल्ली-देहरादून एलिवेटेड सड़क का निर्माण कार्य चल रहा है, जिसके पूरा होने पर यह दूरी मात्र दो घंटे की हो जाएगी, उसके बाद और अधिक संख्या में तीर्थयात्री, पर्यटन उत्तराखंड राज्य में आएंगे, हम जनसेवा को ध्येय मान कर कार्य कर रहे हैं और हमारा लक्ष्य उत्तराखंड का सर्वांगीण विकास है। उन्होंने कहा माननीय प्रधानमंत्री जी की अपेक्षा के अनुरुप हम वर्ष 2025 तक उत्तराखण्ड को प्रत्येक क्षेत्र में आदर्श राज्य बनाने के लिए निरंतर प्रयत्नशील हैं और हम जन-जन की आशा को सफलता में परिवर्तित करेंगे। उन्होंने कहा हमने यह सभी विभागों एवं अधिकारियों को स्पष्ट किया है कि कोई भी कार्य योजना को तय समय में पूरी गुणवत्ता के साथ किया जाए ताकि समय एवं संसाधनों की बचत हो सके।
