DEHRADUN: बेरोजगार युवाओं के लिए अच्छी खबर है। उत्तराखंड लोक सेवा आयोग ने पटवारी और लेखपाल के 563 पदों पर भर्ती का विज्ञापन जारी कर दिया है। विज्ञप्ति जारी होते ही ऑनलाइन आवेदन की प्रक्रिया शुरू हो गई है। आपको बता दें कि जून 2021 में UKSSSC ने पटवारी-लेखपाल के 513 पदों पर विज्ञप्ति निकाली थी, लेकिन आयोग की भर्तियों में गड़बड़ी के मामले सामने आने पर आयोग की सभी भर्तियां रद्द कर दी गई थी। इस वजह से UKPSC दोबारा पटवारी और लेखपाल की भर्ती करवा रहा है। पटवारी के 391 औऱ लेखपाल के 172 पदों पर भर्ती निकली है। खास बात ये है कि आवेदन के लिए किसी भी उम्मीदवार से कोई शुल्क नहीं लिया जाएगा।
इन पदों के लिए 4 नवंबर तक ऑनलाइन आवेदन किए जा सकते हैं। आवेदन लोकसेवा आय़ोग की वेबसाइट ukpsc.net.in/lekhpalRI22LV1/ पर जाकर किए जा सकते हैं। भर्ती की परीक्षा अगले साल आठ जनवरी को प्रस्तावित है।
पटवारी के 391 पदों पर भर्ती होने जा रही है। अल्मोड़ा में पटवारी के 50, बागेश्वर में 18, चमोली में 26, चंपावत में 26, देहरादून में नौ, नैनीताल में 27, पौड़ी में 79, पिथौरागढ़ में 38, रुद्रप्रयाग में 13, टिहरी में 45, उत्तरकाशी में 60 पदों के लिए यह भर्ती निकली है। इसी तरह लेखपाल के कुल 172 पदों पर भर्ती निकली है। इनमें चंपावत के एक, देहरादून के 38, हरिद्वार के 51, नैनीताल के 26 और ऊधमसिंह नगर के 56 पद शामिल हैं।
शैक्षिक आहर्ता
पटवारी भर्ती और लेखपाल भर्ती के लिए उम्मीदवारों को किसी मान्यता प्राप्त विवि से ग्रेजुएशन पास होना जरूरी है।
आय़ु सीमा
पटवारी भर्ती के लिए आयु सीमा 21 से 28 वर्ष रखी गई है जबकि लेखपाल के लिए उम्मीदवारों की आयु 21 से 35 वर्ष होनी चाहिए। जिन उम्मीदवारों ने अधीनस्थ सेवा चयन आयोग के विज्ञापन के हिसाब से आवेदन किया था, उनके लिए आयु की कटऑफ डेट 2020 रखी गई है। नए उम्मीदवारों के लिए एज मिलिट की कटऑफ डेट 2022 रखी गई है।
शुल्क माफ
राज्य लोक सेवा आयोग ने स्पष्ट कर दिया है कि पटवारी-लेखपाल भर्ती के लिए उम्मीदवारों से कोई शुल्क नहीं लिया जाएगा। आयोग के सचिव जीएस रावत के मुताबिक, शासन के निर्देशों के क्रम में आयोग ने यह फैसला लिया है। इसके तहत शुल्क या प्रोसेसिंग शुल्क से छूट रहेगी।
शारीरिक दक्षता
पटवारी के लिए पुरूष अभ्यर्थिया को 60 मिनट में 07 किलोमीटर और महिला अभ्यर्थियों को 35 मिनट में 3.5 किलोमीटर दौड़ आवश्यक है।
पुरूष अभ्यर्थियों के लिए न्यूनतम ऊॅंचाई 168 सेमी. व महिला अभ्यर्थियों के लिए 152 सेमी होनी चाहिए। पर्वतीय मूल के लिए 5 सेमी की छूट रहेगी
पुरूष अभ्यर्थियों के लिए सीना फुलाव के साथ 84 सेमी0, जिसमें न्यूनतम 05 सेमी0 का फुलाव अनिवार्य होगा। पर्वतीय मूल के लिए 5 सेमी की छूट रहेगी
महिला अभ्यर्थियों का वजन न्यूनतम 45 किलोग्राम होना चाहिए।
लिखित परीक्षा
पटवारी-लेखपाल भर्ती के लिए युवाओं को 100 अंकों की परीक्षा पास करनी होगी। इसमें सामान्य हिंदी के 20 अंकों के 20 सवाल, सामान्य ज्ञान एवं सामान्य अध्ययन के 40 अंकों के 40 सवाल और उत्तराखंड से संबंधित विभिन्न जानकारियों के 40 अंकों के 40 सवाल पूछे जाएंगे।
