Dehradun Crime News बीते रोज देहरादून में विजिलेंस टीम ने 75 हजार रिश्वत लेते हुए समीक्षा अधिकारी को रंगे हाथ गिरफ्तार किया है। वह सिंचाई विभाग से कनिष्ठ अभियंता पद से सेवानिवृत्त अधिकारी से रिश्वत ले रहा था।
सिंचाई विभाग से कनिष्ठ अभियंता पद से सेवानिवृत्त अधिकारी से 75 हजार रुपये रिश्वत लेते हुए सचिवालय के सिंचाई अनुभाग में तैनात समीक्षा अधिकारी को विजिलेंस टीम ने गिरफ्तार किया है।
एसपी विजिलेंस धीरेंद्र गुंज्याल ने बताया कि 25 फरवरी को शिकायतकर्ता कृष्ण चंद्र अग्रवाल ने शिकायत दी कि उनके पिता महेश चंद्र अग्रवाल सिंचाई विभाग के मनेरी भाली परियोजना से कनिष्ठ अभियंता के पद से अप्रैल 2008 को सेवानिवृत्त हुए थे। स्टोर से संबंधित कुछ मदों में सामान की कमी के चलते उनकी ग्रेच्युटी रोकी गई। जिसमें वर्ष 2013 में कटौती की गई। कटौती के संदर्भ में शिकायतकर्ता ने ट्रिब्यूनल कोर्ट में याचिका दाखिल की। ट्रिब्यूनल ने शिकायतकर्ता के पक्ष में निर्णय दिया। निर्णय के खिलाफ सिंचाई विभाग की ओर से हाईकोर्ट में अपील की गई। हाईकोर्ट ने भी शिकायतकर्ता के पक्ष में निर्णय दिया व स्पष्ट किया कि पीड़ित को देय धनराशि का शीघ्र भुगतान की जाए। कोर्ट के आदेश के बाद 22 फरवरी 2022 को सचिवालय में सिंचाई विभाग के अनुभाग अधिकारी अनिल पुरोहित ने शिकायतकर्ता को फोन किया। अनुभाग अधिकारी अनिल कुमार ने उन्हें भुगतान किए जाने के संबंध में कुछ स्पष्टीकरण जानने के लिए 24 फरवरी को सचिवालय बुलाया। शिकायतकर्ता अपने बेटे कृष्ण चंद्र अग्रवाल के साथ सचिवालय पहुंचे। वहां अनुभाग अधिकारी अनिल पुरोहित व समीक्षा अधिकारी केपी थपलियाल से मुलाकात हुई। उन्होंने कोर्ट के आदेश के खिलाफ सुप्रीम कोर्ट में एसएलपी दाखिल न करने व देय भुगतान कराने के लिए शिकायतकर्ता से एक लाख रुपये की मांग की। बाद में उनके बीच 75 हजार रुपये पर बात तय हो गई।
शिकायतकर्ता ने मंगलवार शाम को अनुभाग अधिकारी अनिल पुरोहित ने समीक्षा अधिकारी केपी थपलियाल को रिश्वत की रकम लेने के लिए सचिवालय गेट पर भेजा। ट्रैप लगाई विजिलेंस की टीम ने आफिसर्स कालोनी रेसकोर्स व मूल निवासी ग्राम पलास, नई टिहरी निवासी कमलेश्वर प्रसाद थपलियाल को कृष्ण चंद्र अग्रवाल से 75 हजार रुपये की रिश्वत लेते हुए रंगे हाथ गिरफ्तार कर लिया।
