खाद्य एवं नागरिक आपूर्ति मंत्री रेखा आर्य के निर्देश के बाद शासन की ओर से इस संबंध में आदेश जारी कर दिया गया है।
शासन की ओर से सभी जिलाधिकारियों को जारी आदेश के मुताबिक 31 मई के बाद जांच में पाए जाने वाले अपात्र राशनकार्ड धारकों के खिलाफ इस तरह की कार्रवाई की जाएगी जबकि अभियान के दौरान जिस गांव का राशन कार्ड समर्पित व रद्द होगा। उसी गांव के पात्र परिवार को इसे वरीयता के आधार पर दिया जाएगा।
यदि उस गांव में पात्र परिवार नहीं मिलता है तो पड़ोसी गांव के पात्र परिवार को पात्रता के आधार पर दिया जाएगा। पूरे जिले से जितने कार्ड समर्पित एवं रद्द होंगे उन्हें उसी जिले के संबंधित क्षेत्रों के पात्र परिवारों को चिन्हित कर जारी किया जाएगा। एक जिले के राशनकार्ड की रिक्ति को किसी भी स्थिति में अन्य जिलों में स्थानांतरित नहीं किया जाएगा।
आदेश में कहा गया है कि वृद्धावस्था, किसान निधि, विधवा, दिव्यांग, परित्यक्ता पेंशन धारकों के कार्ड पेंशन की वजह से रद्द नहीं होंगे। वृद्धावस्था, किसान निधि, विधवा, परित्यक्ता, दिव्यांग पेंशन 1500 मासिक तय की गई है, जो इसी वर्ष एक अप्रैल से लागू है। खाद्य विभाग के शासनादेश के अनुसार राष्ट्रीय खाद्य सुरक्षा योजना के राशनकार्ड के लिए पात्रता के मानक जारी किए गए हैं। जिसमें परिवार की कुल मासिक आय 15,000 का मानक हैं। जबकि समाज कल्याण विभाग के शासनादेश के अनुसार 1500 मासिक पेंशन की दर से पूरे वर्ष के 18,000 बनते हैं। फलस्वरूप किसी भी वृद्धावस्था, किसान निधि, विधवा, परित्यकता, दिव्यांग पेंशन धारक के राष्ट्रीय खाद्य सुरक्षा योजना के राशनकार्ड से वंचित होने की स्थिति उत्पन्न नहीं होती।
सरकारी राशन की दुकानों के बाहर प्राथमिक परिवार, अंत्योदय एवं राज्य खाद्य योजना के लाभार्थियों की सूची प्रदर्शित की जाएगी व राष्ट्रीय खाद्य सुरक्षा योजना में शामिल होने के लिए उनकी पात्रता एवं मासिक आय का भी प्रदर्शन किया जाएगा। उचित दर की दुकान पर टोल फ्री नंबर 1967 का भी प्रदर्शन किया जाएगा। इसके अलावा अभियान के तहत गली, मोहल्लों या गांव में आवागमन करने वाले घरेलू गैस वितरण के वाहनों, नगर पालिकाओं के कूड़ा उठाने वाले वाहनों व ग्राम पंचायत भवनों व पेट्रोल पम्पों व अन्य सार्वजनिक पटलों सोशल मीडिया के माध्यम से प्रचार-प्रसार कर अभियान को सफल बनाने की कार्रवाई की जाएगी।
