नई टिहरी. जिला पंचायत टिहरी गढ़वाल (Zilla Panchayat Tehri Garhwal) की त्रैमासिक बैठक जिला पंचायत अध्यक्ष श्रीमती सोना सजवाण (District Panchayat President Smt. Sona Sajwan) की अध्यक्षता में बुधवार को नई टिहरी में संपन्न हुई. इस दौरान जिले के 45 जिला पंचायत सदस्यों ने अपने अपने क्षेत्र की समस्याएं बोर्ड बैठक में रखी और उनके त्वरित निदान की मांग की.
जनपद के अखोड़ी क्षेत्र के जिला पंचायत सदस्य रघुवीर सजवाण (Raghuveer Sajwan) ने अपने क्षेत्र की विभिन्न समस्याओं को बैठक में रखा. इस दौरान रघुवीर सिंह सजवाण ने हाल ही में शहीद हुए भिलंगना विकास खंड के पुण्डोली गांव के शहीद प्रवीण गुसाईं (Praveen Gusain) की शहादत को नमन करते हुए घनसाली बस अड्डे (Ghansali Bus Bus Stand) का नाम प्रवीण गुसाईं के नाम पर रखने का प्रस्ताव रखा.
रघुवीर सिंह सजवाण ने कहा कि देश के लिए प्राणों की आहूति देने वाले शहीद प्रवीण गुसाईं के नाम पर नवनिर्मित घनसाली बस अड्डा के नामकरण के साथ ही ठेला-गंडरखाल रोड (Thela-Gunderkhal Road) का नाम भी शहीद प्रवीण गुसाईं के नाम पर रखा जाना चाहिए.
बैठक में रघुवीर सिंह सजवाण द्वारा घनसाली बस अड्डा व ठेला-गंडरखाल रोड का नामकरण शहीद प्रवीण गुसाईं के नाम पर करने का प्रस्ताव पेश किया गया और इस प्रस्ताव को जनपद के सभी जिला पंचायत सदस्यों ने ध्वनिमत से पास कर, जिला पंचायत अध्यक्ष ने इसे शासन को भेजने की बात कही. इस दौरान टिहरी के विधायक श्री किशोर उपाध्याय (MLA Mr. Kishore Upadhyay) भी मौजूद थे.
बैठक में जिला पंचायत सदस्य रघुवीर सजवाण ने गनवाड़ी स्वास्थ्य केंद्र में सुविधाओं की मांग के साथ ही बेलेश्वर अस्पताल में एक्स रे, अल्ट्रासाउंड के लिए टैक्नीशियन की तैनानी की मांग की. जिला पंचायत की बोर्ड बैठक में अन्य सदस्यों ने भी अपने अपने क्षेत्र में लचर स्वास्थ्य सुविधाओं पर सभागृह का ध्यान आकृष्ट किया.
बैठक में लोक निर्माण विभाग से संबंधित शिकायतें भी सदस्यों ने रखी. सदस्य जयवीर रावत, कविता रौंछेला, अमेंद्र बिष्ट ने भी अपने क्षेत्र की समस्याओं को उठाया. वहीं सदस्य धनपान नेगी ने खवाड़ा स्वास्थ्य केंद्र में प्रसव की सुविधा उपलब्ध कराने, रीता राणा ने पनियाला में विकलांग शिविर लगाने की मांग की.
उक्त सभी की मांगों पर स्वास्थ्य सुविधाओं को चुस्त दुरुस्त करने के लिए जिला पंचायत अध्यक्ष श्रीमती सोना सजवाण ने मुख्य चिकित्सा अधिकारी श्री संजय जैन को निर्देश देते हुए कहा कि वे इन सेंटरों में निरीक्षण कर व्यवस्था को ठीक करना सुनिश्चित करें. साथ ही जिप अध्यक्षा ने पाख बैंड-दौणी की सड़क की मरम्मत करने व जनपद के अन्य मार्गों पर नाला सफाई व सुरक्षा के इंतजाम के निर्देश दिए.
