उधर, एसपी/रूद्रपुर सीओ अभय सिंह ने बताया कि मामला उनके संज्ञान में है पुलिस ने मामला दर्ज कर लिया है तथा जल्द ही आरोपियों की गिरफ्तारी कर जेल भेजा जायेगा। साथ इस मामले के जल्द पटाक्षेप के लिये टीम का गठन कर दिया गया तथा बिना नम्बर की गाड़ी व जिस जिस नम्बरो से उनके पास फोन आया है उसको ट्रैक किया जा रहा है। सीसीटीवी कैमरों की फूटेज के आधार पर कार सवार तीन चार आरोपियों की तलाश की जा रही है।
