अंकिता भंडारी हत्याकांड में लगातार एक के बाद एक नया नाम सामने आ रहा है. वैभव प्रताप जो गंगाभोगपुर तल्ला बनास क्षेत्र का पटवारी है, जिस पर आरोप लग रहे हैं की उसे अंकिता के गायब होने की खबर पहले ही पता लग चुकी थी.
लेकिन उसने लापरवाही बरती और विवेक को चार्ज देकर छुट्टी पर चला गया. इसके बाद विवेक को ही पूरे मामले में लापरवाही का जिम्मेदार ठहराकर सस्पेंड कर दिया गया. वहीं अब पटवारी वैभव प्रताप को भी शासन ने निलंबित कर दिया है.
रात दो बजे आया था पुलकित:
‘आजतक’ से बातचीत में वैभव ने मामले को लेकर कई अहम जानकारियां दी हैं. वैभव ने बताया कि 19 सितंबर की रात 2 बजे पुलकित आर्य उसके पास आया और कहा की हमारे रिजॉर्ट से एक लड़की गायब है. उसकी FIR दर्ज कर लो. इस पर वैभव ने ये कहकर FIR दर्ज नहीं की कि गुमशुदगी के 24 घंटे के बाद ही मामला दर्ज किया जाता है.
वैभव ने पुलकित को कहा कि वह इस बारे में अंकिता के घर पर बताए. जिस पर पुलकित ने जवाब दिया- मेरे पास उनका फोन नंबर नहीं है. उसके बाद वैभव ने पुलकित को कहा की जांच के लिए लड़की की फोटो या आधार कार्ड कुछ तो दो. जिसके बाद पुलकित ने आधार कार्ड दिया. वैभव ने कहा, ”इस बीच मेरे पास तहसीलदार का फोन आया कि मैं छुट्टी पर चला जाऊं. दरअसल, मेरे पिता की तबियत काफी दिनों से खराब थी. इसलिए तहसीलदार ने मुझे छुट्टी पर भेज दिया.”
वैभव ने साफ किया कि 19 सितंबर को शाम 7:30 बजे जब मैं तहसीलदार (मंजीत सिंह) से मिला था तब मैंने उनको अंकिता की गुमशुदगी के बारे में सब कुछ बता दिया था. उसने बताया कि विवेक जो मेरा चार्ज ले रहा था उसे भी मैंने समझा दिया था. मैंने इसका सबूत भी अधिकारियों को दे दिया है. लेकिन फिर भी मुझे बार-बार मामले को लेकर परेशान किया जा रहा है. मैंने फोन भी इसलिए बंद किया है क्योंकि मुझे बार-बार फोन करके प्रताड़ित किया जा रहा है. ना जाने कहां-कहां से फोन आ रहा है और इस मामले के बारे में पूछा जा रहा है. जबकि, मेरा इस मामले से कोई लेना-देना भी नहीं है. मैंने अपनी ड्यूटी अच्छे से निभाई है.
बता दें, अंकिता मर्डर केस में रिजॉर्ट मालिक पुलकित आर्य समेत तीन आरोपियों को जेल भेजा जा चुका है. मामले की जांच अभी जारी है. रोज मामले में नए-नए खुलासे हो रहे हैं. इससे पहले मेरठ की रहने वाली रिजॉर्ट की पूर्व कर्मचारी लड़की ने रिजॉर्ट में होने वाले कारनामों का खुलासा किया था.
लड़की ने बताया कि रिजॉर्ट में लड़कियां आती थीं और उनका कोई रिकॉर्ड नहीं रखा जाता था. रसूखदार पुलकित ग्राहकों की शराब तक चोरी करता था. पुलकित रिजॉर्ट की महिला कर्मचारियों पर गलत नीयत रखता था. वो नशे में गाली गलौज करता था. वहां से परेशान होकर नौकरी छोड़नी चाही तो उन लोगों ने सैलरी नहीं दी. दरअसल, अंकिता से पहले वहां काम करके छोड़ चुकी लड़की ने बताया कि लगभग एक महीने पहले ही लोगों के दुर्व्यवहार के चलते उसने नौकरी छोड़ दी था. लड़की ने आरोप लगाते हुए कहा, “रिजॉर्ट में लड़कियों के साथ अच्छा व्यवहार नहीं किया जाता था. बाहर से आने वाली लड़कियों को रिजॉर्ट में इंट्री नहीं करने दी जाती थी. इसके अलावा लड़कियों को रिजॉर्ट तक लाने की जिम्मेदारी अंकित आर्य पर थी.”
ये है पूरा मामला
उत्तराखंड के पौड़ी गढ़वाल जिले के यमकेश्वर विधानसभा इलाके के एक रिजॉर्ट में अंकिता रिसेप्शनिस्ट थी. अंकिता बीते 19 सितंबर से गायब थी. पुलिस और SDRF की टीमें शक्ति नहर में तलाशी अभियान चला रही थीं. इसके बाद पुलिस को अंकिता की डेडबॉडी चिल्ला पावर हाउस के पास से मिली. उसकी हत्या का आरोप रिजॉर्ट के मालिक पुलकित आर्य, मैनेजर सौरभ भास्कर और असिस्टेंट मैनेजर अंकित गुप्ता पर लगा है.
